I've been thinking about the ways experience changes us, sometimes in ways we only come to recognize much later. How the difficult and the beautiful can exist together, each giving depth to the other.

These thoughts find their way into Weathering, though I don't always know where they will lead. I prefer to leave room for discovery, both in making the work and in how others experience it.
